LUMI, the Japanese-French ‘Borderless’ culinary concept by Tokyo’s renowned Chef Kihachi Kumagai, has established a strong following since its inauguration in mid-October this year. With the holiday season approaching, gourmands will again be pampered with a plethora of sumptuous and borderless gastronomic creations on offer at LUMI in Pacific Place.
Special festive lunch and dinner set menus have been introduced this winter, allowing diners to make their own choice of an appetiser, main and dessert. Highlights include the rich and creamy Lobster Bisque and the refreshing Crabmeat & Avocado Salad. Mains encompass the aromatic Kobe Beef Mignon and the hearty Almond-crusted Rack of Lamb paired with almond curry butter and mashed pumpkin cake. Chef Kihachi’s artistry in dessert-making is also fully apparent at the finish of this gastronomic journey, for example, the White Sesame Blan Manje and the Strawberry Napoleon served with the adorable chocolate gingerbread man.
