Crafted from layers of delicately flavoured lavender taro chiffon with a hint of coconut cream and glazed young coconut, the artfully finished cake is topped with a nesting pair of lovebirds – symbolising you and your significant other – a beautiful gift that’s guaranteed to melt every heart. Beneath the gilded buttercream coating, which reminds us of wealth, knowledge and wisdom, choose from chocolate fudge cake with Nutella buttercream and crispy croquant, signature beetroot red velvet cake with toffee caramel buttercream or vanilla butter cake with strawberry coulis and French buttercream. The KUNG HEI FAT CHOY enriches the all-time-favourite New York-style cheesecake with Ms B’s CAKERY’s signature beetroot red velvet, making it a Lunar New Year must-have for the plentiful blessings it shares.

For those who prefer gifts that are delightfully bijou, the PROSPERITY TASTER is second to none. Topped with a charming and majestic doggie print, each enticing taster is crafted from the signature beetroot red velvet with toasted walnut and pineapple and smothered in vanilla cream cheese.

ROYAL BLOOM, KUNG HEI FAT CHOY and PROSPERITY TASTER will be available between February 8 and March 2, 2018. Orders must be placed at least two working days in advance, before 6 pm each day.
