The annual Delicious USA summer festival returns from July 1st to 31st with an expanded line-up of forty-two renowned restaurants in Hong Kong featuring a wide array of dishes created with premium U.S. ingredients, allowing discerning Hong Kong customers to taste the best of America without leaving the city.
Delicious USA is organized by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Trade Office (ATO) in Hong Kong. The month-long festival highlights the quality and versatility of U.S. food and beverage products for truly delectable dining experiences. The forty restaurants will create special menu items using a variety of premium U.S. ingredients, and incorporating them into modern and creative twists on cuisines ranging from American,
Spanish, and Italian to those across Asia, including Thai, Korean, Indian and even Burmese
or Balinese.
On June 17th, U.S. Consul General Hanscom Smith and representatives of the media kicked off Delicious USA 2021 at an exclusive media preview at AnOther Place in North Point. During that event, Consul General Smith and media guests sampled a variety of chef creations featuring the delicious U.S. ingredients that will be showcased during the festival.
