Twist base to dispense product. Retract and firmly replace cap after each use to prevent the formula from drying out.
ARTISTRY TIPS
• For a diffused effect, define the eyes along the upper lash line with Voyeur Waterproof Gel Liner and blend with the Nº
11 Brush. Pair with a contrasting color of 1.5MM Mechanical Gel Eye Liner to create depth and definition at the root of the
lashes.
• For a winged look, extend the liner past the outer corner of the eye using short strokes until desired length is achieved.
