sacai introduces the limited edition sunglasses collection made in collaboration with Japanese eyewear / accessory brand Native Sons which was shown with the sacai 2019 Autumn & Winter collection. They are available now at sacai stores in Japan and select doors where Native Sons eyewear is available. Also available internationally from late September.
The unisex sunglasses come in three silhouettes: A square, a round and a cat-eye style. Applying sacai’s “Hybrid” philosophy, two different colored materials are laminated into one frame. Each style has three colorways; BLACK, BLUE and BROWN. The BLACK combines the frames of black and navy colors, BLUE combines black tortoise pattern and clear blue colored material, and BROWN combines brown tortoise pattern and clear orange colored materials. A butterfly clip for additional shielding is available as an option on all styles. The Native Sons’ high-quality handcrafted frames and clips made with single lenses add a sophisticated impression to the sacai collection.
